Title: problems with the instant mnessenger on mobile

Good day, the instant messeger works well at the desktop (pc) level but on the mobile when used it gives an error, the plugin redirects me to another template, how can I fix this problem ?, the url is roloeganga.net

Check any advertisement and use the contact button to see the error.

This usually means critical error or missing files in theme, then osclass use backup bender theme.
Try with different theme.

ok, but what files are missing? to add them?, the theme is from osclassmobile.com, how can I help solve this problem?

Shouldn't you ask theme author?
Probably custom.php or user-custom.php, there may be also critical error so you have to check error log as well.
