Lost icons

Dear, there seems to be a conflict with the Instant messenger icons and the plugins:
User Rating Plugin and
Banner Ads Plugin, when sending a message.
I have made several tests and the two mentioned plugins produce the conflict with the loss of the icons

h2.im-head, .im-body, .im-body *

into:
h2.im-head, .im-body, .im-body *:not(i)
