Title: Invisible recaptcha and GDPR cooperation problem

If I add the invisible recaptcha to the registration form, a new user can join without agreeing to the gdpr tc and pp rules. Also on other pages there is no check anymore whether a user agrees with the pp and tc.
New users can register without checking gdpr....
How to solve this?

Update plugin and change validation from html type to javascript/jquery type

I didn't know it was that easy :-)
Already had last version so i only need to change  html type to javascript/jquery type
