Title: Invoice plugin - major update

Do not miss major update of Invoice Plugin for Osclass (https://osclasspoint.com/osclass-plugins/payments-and-shopping/invoice-osclass-plugin-i93)!

List of changes:
User billing profile enriched by local VAT number & shipping address;
User billing profile may require admin approval before they are used on invoice;
Added billing profiles section into admin; Admin can now edit billing profile;
Admin can now approve/reject billing profile;
Created search section in billing profile admin page;
Created search section in invoices list admin page;
Added edit button in invoices admin page;

Is there an option to display local VAT number on the invoice PDF, or is this stored only on the user billing profile?

​I meant to print out the actual VAT number from the buyer (not the VAT amount) - it is required in my country to do this. But I have managed to add it by myself. Thanks.​

It is probably expected that customer will explicitly define VAT number into invoice header as well, so he got all information in way and order customer prefers.
Maybe additional tooltip or notification could be added to make this clear.

A tooltip would be great, as many users aren't rocket scientists and would expect that field to appear on the invoice by default if filled in, or else, why have it there?

These fields are there dor easier validation.
Later could be connected ie to VIES API for automatic validation.
You would then get info that VAT number is valid and no need to manually validate it.

Not sure if it would be better to place it on header directly from those fields or keep it as it is
