Title: [Help] Item Validation bypass when User groups limit (Ospay) set

Hello,
so we have multiple membership groups set up with  Osclass Pay. The standard Free one only allows for one posting every 30 days.

We have set Item Validation so every listing has to be approved by admin.

The problem is:
When the admin is not fast enough with approving, the user can post unlimited listings, which all need to be approved. As soon as Admin approves the listings, all go online even though the limit has already been breached.

Or to put it more simply:
Free User posts 13 listings in a row. All need verification.
Admins see 13 posts and approve them.
All 13 posts go online <-- Only the first one should go online.

Our Settings are shown in the screenshot.

Does anyone have an idea why it's not working or how to fix it?

Ok so simply said user groups limit does not consider inactive listings in it's counter.
Is that correct?
