Title: Edit user ads, no email notification

Good afternoon. I have not a big problem. Do not send mail to admin after user editing of ads. It is not convenient as I know it only then, if you go into the admin panel. Everything else works fine. Sorry for bad English.

When listing is edited and it should go to validation, no extra emails are send to avoid spam, however information that items are pending validation is in top header in oc-admin.
