Title: Buttons with the gamma theme

Hi guys,
1) I want to ask what happened to the buttons of this plugin with the gamma theme?, the buttons do not appear, but a text that is placed by the theme (not the plugin) that leads the plugin to make the offer.

2) How can I correct the value to look like {CURRENCY} {NUMBER} with a thousands separator ($3.000.000)

@cass
1) theme contains built-in solution above price (link), you may use buttons from plugin on other places
2) please create support ticket, will take a look on it if it has formatting functions.
