Title: Charge a Commission or Fee

Hello,

This plugin would be more useful if there is a way to charge a commission percentage (preferred) or a fixed fee and/or both, when an offer is accepted. If possible, hopefully the admin can set a commission to buyer, seller and/or both and it should be made in such way that the buyer and seller will get contact details of each other, only after an offer is accepted and after the commission is paid or deducted but based on admin settings. Thanks!
