Nice work! Very nice look .... The only minus for me is that i miss my button as shown in attachement.
Is there an easy way to keep my old button and get the fantastic new make offer plugin to work?
The previous offer counter i don't need.
I have tried already in css but i think the only file that needs modification is index.php?
Or am i looking in the wrong direction?

It is still in code - unchanged, but v2 is not essentially using it.

Found it and replaced button code in index.php
