Title: Only sending 1 email per 20 sec

Hi,
Have unlimited email quota of dedicated server.  Set to 10,000 email/hr, but is only send out 1 email every 20sec refresh.  What is problem?  Am I missing something?

You can setup how much mails are sent per hour in plugin config.
