Title: ADD FILTER USER IN ITEM

Hello somebode can explain me how i can add an new filter in ITEMs
my english is verry simple so maybe it is better to post an picture

I want to search / filter the user

I am not an programmer .. only an simple user ... so if somebody can help me please explain it for dummies.

You cannot, but you have multiple filtering options available when you click on "Show filters".
