Omega is backoffice theme, no reason to add it as front office.
It is good to check also osclass requirements before using it, generally now it does not make sense to download it, as it is included in osclass itself.

oh sorry i m new here i install it but now its showing error while i try to uninstall it

You must remove it from oc-content/themes folder
