The send chat transcript through email is not working. Not receiving any emails. Is there any setting required?

It is required to make sure your mail server is working (osclass). You should check error logs as well.

Email functionality is working normally. User registration, new listings etc., are all flowing correctly. Only this one I did not get any emails. Please advise. Thanks.
