Its not deleting messages

I have set delete inactive messages every 1 day but it doesn't delete them, i see 1000 pages x 25 rows in my database, there are ~25000 messages and it won't delete anything

yes but what file should i run? its confusing..i have cron enabled and its working, have you tested if it deletes messages in your install?
