I bought this plugin and I don't know if there is any way to do it or not.

No, for such functionality use i.e. Instant Messenger plugin.

Michael, please put it so that you accept to send a message to the user offline, if it takes more than ten minutes to send an email notifying you of a pending chat, when the seller enters your account, even see the pending message and can continue chat normally ... see this urgently.

Reason why it is not allowed to make chat tables small and plugin fast, otherwise it would slow down your site.

Plugin is designed for online chats only, there is no particular code that blocks it. If you want to change it, you need to go through whole plugin and adjust it for your purpose.

you are right! i agree with you @sony,

users inbox is already full of email and spam sms , so he usually ignore osclass users promotional sms and offers,  mostly osclass site email fall down in spam inbox, users cant get any notification in his mail box,  whether you gets notification and sms instantly on yours phone.

so,  notified your customer with the help of sms notification-  keep calm , its coming soon
