How to hide online chat icon from home page

mb themes,

pls how do i hide online chat icon from Gamma theme home page and allow it to display only on item page,

Usually adding body#body-home in css selector works ok

wow. does it mean i will add that code to style.css or what. Am sorry for asking to many question because i have no idea about css selector. Pls make it more clear so that i can copy it to the appropriate file
