How can I show the title above the icon-side
When you zoom in on the map, only the title appears

Not sure if that is supported and honestly do not have time to search for this in API.
If you go to form/ and relative map file, it's probably one of these objects:
  • L.icon()
  • L.map()
  • L.marker()
