Making map approximate to keep seller’s location private.

I don't want to show the seller's exact location.  I want to approximate it in the form of a circle.  I think it is important for privacy and they have done so on many sites.  Sample picture is attached.

You may remove address field and that's it.

Can i remove adress field from back office?
Or do i need edit codes ? Can you help to edit codes , if i need edit codes?
