Prepare your osclass for upcoming EU data regulation - General Data Protection Regulation, that will take effectivity from 25. May 2018.
The GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation starts on 25 May 2018. All companies handling data of EU resident data will be required to follow the new regulation or risk fines of up to 20 000 000 EUR or 4% of annual worldwide turnover. If your company is present in the EU, sells to EU residents or store data of EU residents, GDPR compliance is required.

I do not understand why registration is allowed without accepting the TC and PP, if as a basic condition is to accept the conditions imposed by the site.

I suggest then, that each time the user logs in, he or she should be reminded to accept the TC and PP, as a warning, such as the "Welcome Osclass Free Box".
