I had already installed this plugin on a previous site. translation was done automatically by that of my pages. but this is no longer the case ...

Plugin must be translated, as any other plugin.

Language folder is not present on the server

The problem is that there is no language file.

languages folder is in .zip.
If you are using different plugin, create it.
