Allow user to top up wallet and pay from wallet only

How to allow to top up wallet using packages with discount and allow to pay for  MOVE TO TOP, HIGHLIGHT, MAKE PREMIUM only from wallet money ?

- discounts are not present
- you must disable all other payment methods in order to enable just payments from user wallet

it is good, but if I disable  other payments how the user top up  the wallet ?
I need that user can use payments to top up wallet and pay for premium, highlight and move to top from wallet only.


The reason I am asking, for e.g. move to top cost 0.50 eurocent.
The system like 2chekout not accept micro payment below 1 usd.

You could update cart.php
- if cart contains credit pack, show all payment methods (like now)
- if cart does not contains credit pack, show just pay with credits method
