By default the Osclass provides expiration date by the category. On the photo set 60 days.

Those who use Payment Pro plugin can set the expiration date for premium ads. On the photo set 365 days.

If I post on the category and make the ad premium, when would it expire, in 60 or 365 days?

Usually premium label should not affect expiration of listing so it will expire even it is premium, but probably noone will give you answer on this anymore.
