i need  Cash on Delivery payment gateway  for use when user buy real product no promotion on site.
user will pay with Cash on Delivery payment method when checkout.

You should integrate cod in this plugin, may be it will cost you 80 - 90 $ but it will reward your user a great value! & your sell will get boost cause value is more valuable than price !  Hope you understand!

That might be typo, realistic view is 100hours.

- i can give you 90$ for integrate but you don't need to include this feature in your plugin in future (only 90$ you got from me) (your plugin fail with this feature)

- Mb-Theme add this feature in plugin>> your plugin is the best and useful plugin for old custom and new customer will buy it when it have a lot of feature. (profit get more then 100$ in 1 month or 2 months)

- you can develop new COD plugin that can integrate with osclassplay like banner ad plugin  and sell it like other plugin
(profit get more then 100$ in 1 month or 2 months)
