Title: Color selection will disappear, premium freezes

Sometimes I get paid from my wallet, but the ads disappear. A user who has paid for an advertisement from the wallet again, but the previous advertisement has not yet ended, loses the highlighting color. Moreover, the advertisement of the advertisement in the admin will remain forever.

Looks like some kind of issues in database. Will check it  ;)

Issue has been fixed in v3.1.1 and was quite nasty.
Basically unlogged user cannot prolong existing promotions, as it is replacing existing (paid) records with new ones (unpaid).

This error occurs with a registered user

It does not matter if if user was logged or not, but this would be probably mostly used by unlogged users.
