I have a suggestion for 1 of the coming updates maybe.
If i set the affiliate program off in admin, it is still visible in the user menu. So user gonna think: What is this???

Offcourse you can comment this, but more clean if it is disabled, it is also not visible for the user.

Can you provide details of configuration that are set and affiliate is still visible?

Btw... How about give users a longer period to choice from for premium and highligt?
For example 2 months and 3 months. With more discount

I give discount manual, but if the plugin do the same thing, makes live more easy
