Facing this issue. We have some users who created their accounts and have a lot of listings before the creation of user groups.
Now, we have added the existing members to the free group which allows limited number of active listings. The problem is the old users who have a lot of listing and have been added to the free group because they have not paid for any membership still have all their listings active.

How do we get this solved?

Manually deacrivate oldest items of those users those are outside plan.

Alright. If that is the only way then.

Well, you cannot expect someone will invest 10hour to solve edge case that can be solved by you in few minutes
