So, if a user has a Premium ad and buys a 'move to top'...  It DOES not work.
Core os-class doesn't sort premium ad's that way.  After a week of debugging Conejo's
code, we made a simple change to the core class files that fixes this.  It's not so much
a bug in the os-class pay module. (although the plugin sets a premium ad
moved to top as expired).  let me know if interested in the fix.  I dont really
mind forking the core as it's doubtful there will be any new releases anyways.

Not 100% sure what you mean. If you have premium ads,
- it is shown in premium block that you cannot affect
- it is shown as regular listing (with badge) where you can move listing to top

Am I missing something?
