Is there any particular reason with the sms fortumo plugin has not been integrated into this plugin?

If its not possible is there any other sms payment gateways that could work with it?

No sms gateway would work as you define prices on plugin side, however sms gateway has static range of prices you cannot change.

Fair enough, hence why there is only 2 options with the fortumo plugin.

Think though that fortumo might be added for adding money to the Wallet.
