Is anyone having issues with the promotions checkout process on Internet Explorer?

Basically I cannot checkout and make payment on IE. e.g. if I add a membership to the basket.

Also If i try to promote an advert, the drop down promote options will not work, obviously I cannot progress any further than this.

I was just wondering if this issue relates to my site, or is anyone else having the same issue.

I am not sure if someone is using IE. What I know there was jusf one report issue regarding IE in last 2 years and based on global stats IE is used by about 6% of users that cause ID to be completely ignored by developers.
