1-  cod - (cash on delivery)
2- check delivery location (zipcode/pin code)
3- store pickup (omni channel)

If you implement above three suggestion, then you will be at top.

N.b- most consumer/user will never go through pay first option. (Online pay first)

Delivery to all locality isn't possible, & users don't having option to check whether item/service is available at their location/locality.


If you implement store pick up then
It will be win to win situation for both buyer & seller.
 

Delivery options and functionality will not be enriched in near future.

This plugin is not mean to be replacement for ecommerce, it is simple payment plugin for classifieds with option of simple ecommerce.

Well it is understandable, but that will lead us to make ecommerce useless and I don't think they want that. Thats probably one reason for creating a simple ecommerce with such limitations. Probably osclass isn't the best suited for.
