I am planning to create ecommerce site for Selling Ebooks ( Digital goods only like pdf, ebook ) with Osclass Only so can you add download feature in ospay plugin ? so user can download my ebook from user dashboard.

We plan to add similar features to plugin based on our experience with virtual products, however it's lot of work and yet it does not seems like returnable investment.

It would, however it would make more sense to have these virtual products as separate plugin. Based on my experience there is too much functionality to take care on.

Yes possible, and i have it, but still very much all is simple
