does we can limit user account that have more then one account to buy membership
- by check their phone number if have in other user will block .
- it's may be site admin can get some profit from membership

That would be very inaccurate...

when you allow only login user can post listing and limit ad by user from osclass pay, user will create more account instead of buy membership And get credit by their old account referral code so they use the same mobile phone for sell more or same products.
only mobile phone we can check to identify how many account that this mobile use.

admin (option in osclass pay admin )will  check mobile phone to show how many account use by this phone number and block user account or by sending email warning to user only one or by membership to posting unlimited ads
