Hello, users can bypass the republish payment function just by deleting their ad and posting it again even if limit user items is enabled.
How can we stop users from deleting and posting again? because no one will pay for republish if its free that way (all of my users is doing this)

I do not see anything wrong on that and do not see any relation to plugin itself.
You can remove your ad and publish it again with same content as many times as you want.
