By paid services, do you mean payment services?
As in for the user to be able to add payment processors?

+ Add the ability to set the number of ads in a category that can be placed without payment by one user. This will make it possible to additionally monetize the site.
There is a similar plugin from another developer (I can reset the link separately, which was not banned), where this function is present. But I would like to use only your developments, since most of the plugins are purchased from you.

Add access to seller contacts after payment. Users see contacts only if they bought premium.  does not seem to be a necessary feature.

You can do that even by yourself, conditioning contact information based on if listing is premium or not.
