Country/micro-region gateways are not good idea. Hungary is covered by multiple different gateways already

Of course, there are already a lot of various international payment systems in the plugin, but for Ukraine it is practically impossible to implement them and receive payments. Please add payment gateways for Ukraine Wayforpay https://m.wayforpay.com/account/site/login
and Liqpa https://www.liqpay.ua/.
