Hi,
After some work, we now have modules for:
- Bitpay
- We fixed blockchain limits by support for Blockonomics for BTC payments.  Blockchain module as delivered no longer works right
due to 20 addr limit changes/limits blockchain.info made.
- Paxful (accept gift cards, bank transfer, debit, etc.)
