ISSUES IN BACK OFFICE

There is issue changing prices in Back Office of the Plugin.
The Tool Tip keeps blinking and the fields do not unlock. Could that be a Java Script Issue?
Try demo site also and got the same issue: https://plugins2.abprofitrade.eu/oc-admin/index.php?page=plugins&action=renderplugin&file=osclass_pay/admin/item.php
