When you pay for republish a premium ad doesn't move it to top of premiums, it just changes its published date, shouldn't it go to the top of premium ads? There is no reason to republish a premium ad that way

Also when you pay for autorepublish the listing is shown as published 3 hours before even if it was published 10 minutes ago or 1 year ago, and the ad doesnt move to top on the set republish time (eg every 1 hour)

Premium listing in premium section are not shown by publish date.
To republish on time:
- php and database time must be same (check with hosting provider)
- cron should be running ideally once per 5 minutes.
