Osclass Pay Plugin - Update from 3.6.8 to 3.7.0

As Per Changelog:  " Update requires plugin to be deactivated. Activated to reflect database changes."

Are you saying the plugin needs to be disabled or the plugin needs to be uninstalled.
Please advise. Thanks.
