We have setup the Osclass Pay Plugin and added Paypal and Pagseguro. Paypal is working well but Pagseguro I can receive the money in my account but I don't see the confirmation automatically in my OSClass, is there something to do more?

I put my PagSeguro Token, PagSeguro Application ID and PagSeguro Email

I don't know. Where am I supposed to get or add this URL on OSCLASS? Or is something that I have to add or get in my Pagseguro's account?

Login to your user account > go to support tickets > create new ticket.
Note that you can create support ticket just on products you've purchased.
