I've tested the Pay to Show Images feature both on my local install and also on https://osclasspoint.com/demo/front/46 and it doesn't seem to work.
When you try to add a listing with pictures, the Show Images Fee box is checked, but if you uncheck it an proceed with publishing the listing, the image is added and visible in the front.
From what I've read in the plugin description is says When fee is not paid, in front listing behave like without pictures.

Can you please check?

Ok, then this feature is bugged.

Way to reproduce it:
1. Access https://osclasspoint.com/demo/front/46, Login and go to Publish listing.
2. Enter an listing with an image, Uncheck the Show Images Fee box and publish the item.
3. Result = listing with picture (https://plugins2.abprofitrade.eu/for-sale/dvd/titanic-dvd_i132)

Can you check now please? There are actually 2 options:
a) image fee is required, cannot be removed from cart and other promptions cannot be purchased without paying for showing images
b) image fee is required for all the listings in category. When activated, it will be required also for existing listings. Promotion can be removed, other promotions can be purchased without "show images"

Option b) has been chosen. On demo Jobs category require to pay for images.

That's what I'm trying to say. Option a) doesn't work/doesn't exist.
If you activate Enable pay per show image and set a price, when you go and post a listing with a image, if you deselect the option from the cart and proceed with posting the listing, it gets posted normally and the image is shown.

The correct behavior would be for the image to get removed/hidden, if you post a listing and deselect the required pay per show image.

Tested on both my local install and your demo.

Hmm, it's weird that we don't understand each other.

On the demo, you've ENABLED the Pay per Publish feature, along with Pay to Show images.
Please disable all other features, except for Pay to Show images.

After this, do the following:
1. Access https://plugins2.abprofitrade.eu/item/new, Login and go to Publish listing.
2. Enter an listing with an image, Uncheck the Show Images Fee box and publish the item.
3. Result = listing with picture gets added, when it shouldn't.

Again, the way it should work:
When you enable the Pay to Show images feature, you'll have to pay in order for the image to get posted.
If not (if the user unchecks the Show Images Fee checkbox), the listing gets posted without the image.

I'll setup a test site and make a video for you.

Original idea was probably not to allow to remove image fee, but it was allowed.

Tested v1.9.2 on my local install also, and now it works fine.
