I created membership groups (silver, gold & platinum) and input monthly pricing. Then I restricted access to an ads category to be visible to only this users.

But it doesnt function. EVery user and even visitor keeps on seeing the restricted ad category.
What can I do

User group and wallet enabled, still, category is not hidden

Aren't you logged in as administrator in same browser? It will override this setting and show category content.

Nope, Ive used different other browsers and my phone where I did not login as admin, to access the website and everything shows without a restriction.

Can I send you my admin login details to check please.

My PMs to you are not getting delivered. Ive sent messages to you 3 times now, and the system says successfully sent, but when I check sent message history, I only see the message I sent to you yesterday.
Its so funny to me.

For my loging credentials, use the first one I sent to you, but the number after the ******* is arranged 54321 and not 12345
