when user is posting an ad, how can I select premium and highlight option by default, I want the premium and highlight option should be selected already by default, if users do not want to process with paid ad, they can un select it

Plugin does not provide such setting, promotion options are optional except publish fee. You may check it using jquery and keep it checked using jquery as well.
