Title: The "add to cart" button in the user's personal account is not pressed

1) The "add to cart" button in the user's personal account is not pressed.
How can this be fixed?

2) How to make it so that if the ad is marked as spam, then do not show the user osp-promote-form?

This is usually caused by missing footer or footer hook. Test on clean installation.
