1101 = OSP_TYPE_PRODUCT (annouce)
1 = quantity products
6 = id product
10000 = price of the product

Some products allow only 1 quantity to be purchased, i.e. membership, where putting different membership will remove from cart existing membership so at final you can checkout just with 1 and only 1 membership pack.

I understand the (type membership) perfect it's not problem, but the focus is the cart it isn't update with other quantity of the same product(Annouce).

My last Example:

In the last link you can see a product added to the cart, and the product have 5 item at inventory..
Then, i try change the item quantity for 2x. Yo can see it in the last ilnk:
