One of the features that i use on the
LOVELY ospay plugin is the
Memberships. When users are paying for a membership on my website, their
limit on the ads allowed is getting raised.
Let's say as an example, the normal limit is 5 ads. When they pay the cheapest membership,
their limit goes to 10 ads.
If they renew their membership on time, everything works perfectly and they will still have
10 active ads online. Problem is, the membership expires and they renew,
the disabled ads are not auto shown up again.
They show up as
pending review. Here comes the
second problem. The user see them as pending review, but on admin side they don't show up for review. So we ending up customers asking why their ads are not shown, you letting them know, they ask you to review them but you can't, you explain to them that they need to re-submit them for review and they come up with the "but they are on pending review state" already, so you end up explain them the whole situation
.
Now consider this happening with many users, some of them really dumb, some getting pissed because days passing by while the situation is on going, they ask for refunds to the few days etc..
What do you think, is it possible to see an update with a solution on this problem?
