Hello All,

There is problem in Ad Reminders Email Problem, Ad Validity Extension Reminders Emails are not getting sent to users before days of setting,

How to solve? Email Server is working. Registration emails is are also working.

Email Templates Legends are also not working perfectly in test email.


I have unchecked Automatic cron process in settings after reading Docs.

Is there any other settings needed to activate Email Templates Ad Reminders Emails?

Please Guide me

Make sure your cron is setup and fully functional (it's correct you've unchecked automatic one, but you need to setup manual one on your server as well )

Please also tell me which setting should i keep in hosting panel cron setting. Should it be Minutely/Hourly/Daily/Monthly/Custom Or Any One?

And There are two option in Setting. Php and Custom , Which to select? and which link path to paste?

Ideally hourly and daily are enough.

Check with your hosting provider.

Contacted hosting provider and they setup cron but after one hour we got this error.

Please send command to setup.

Yes, I am in confusion about which file link to paste, Please Send me the path link for File . I discussed with hosting provider but they again asked to contact you for File path address. Please check image

Actually I checked that page before posting here but my hosting provider was not in the list so i was little confused,

Now I followed Steps according to your given link.

I created two Cron jobs - 1st is with all settings and 2nd is with Hourly Setting. I am presenting result of these.

Kindly please check and tell me it it OK or Not and which one should be deleted it it is Ok?

Response 200 is good, but 301 does not sound like that, it's redirect.

After waiting for 2 days test, Now Email Ad Reminder Works After this setting. Thank you Admin for your Help and Guidance.

Now Need only suggestion about Which Cron jobs to keep active from these 2, Minutely to Daily or only Hourly?

And Hosting support team said to Delete A Records to solve 301 Redirect, Is is safe to delete A Records about 2a02:4780:11:785:0:2599:d7ab:5 Your Advice needed.
