Add Comment option not displaying

Hi..

Today i have checked below all product there is option for comment but in my website Add Comment option not displaying. .while i  have clear cache but still its not showing .. also i checked on  mobile its not showing .. check attached image..



please help me to solve the issue...

Yes Thanks for reply..

 I have checked "Users must be registered and logged in to comment" thats why i can not see that option. now its working.
