The platform is very slow

Hello colleagues I have a small problem avabo to install the script but I'm realizing that it is very slow and I imagine it is for some configuration pe can someone lend a hand my server is an i7 with 16 ram is quite powerful thank you very much!

I don't understand the problem is that it is very slow and I don't know why and I want to make it work faster I have to modify something in apache .... ? or somewhere else
