Hi, is there a front-end demo available for this plugin to understand in a better manner what exactly this plugin does. Because when I tried to check the front-end demo from original plugin demo URL it takes me to backend and there it doesn't have much things from which we can understand how exactly the moderation will work.

Plug-in gives extra notice in front.. Works great

Yes you can also moderate listings in front directly on item page, down side here is that the archive version will not be able to be used as reversal (because post data from item page are not available here).
Sticky positioning is used to avoid losing button/form somewhere between attributes
